Ok I'm not too sure why I agreed to do it in the first place. It's BRAZEN even for my standards (if not scandalous) and the pay ain't worth mentioning at all. I mean I would be topless with only a (very) low pair of jeans covering my modesty and it's gonna be in a widely-circulated women's magazine lerr....
But then again, continuing the theme of the year as started by ZUCO, carpe diem is the new key word! While I'm still young and vivacious, and have a body that is at least worth a couple of looks, and the fact that the fashion editor thinks so highly of me, I reckon WHY NOT?
At least, at the end of the day, I would have some nice shots of myself, topless no less, at the prime of my youth. Pics that I can look back twenty years from now and reminisce the fun crazy times I used to have. When all the glam and glitter have all faded, I do not want to think back and have any regrets for opportunities that have crossed my paths and I have been too chicken to take it up. I want to live my life to the fullest from now on ...
I have already missed a chance (see topic: WHATEVER), when I declined to meet the director Kenneth Bi last October, who was thinking of casting me as the gay son of Sylvia Chang in the $2m Singapore movie, Hainan Chicken Rice.
The reason why I did not want to even contemplate the role was because I fear being typecasted into a gay character, but look what happened to Daniel Wu after Bishonen?? Sigh, nowadays I keep wondering if my life would have been different if I had agreed to meet the director for just awhile ..... oh well, such is life.
"Apart from a cameo by Hong Kong actress Maggie Q, many of the other supporting roles in this movie will go to local actors. And this may just be the big break they have been waiting for." ---- Could it have been my big break?? Ponder ponder ...
Anyhow, back to the present. Look out for my oh-so-shameless pic on next month's issue of XXX magazine. You guys know the name, I told u guys over @ S11 ...this means you Kaydi, Vagab, Kodomo etc etc ...
